I called for a quote for partial dentures and Dr. Grewel took me through all my options, he was very patient with me and made sure I was picking the right option. He was also insanely flexible with my work schedule. My denture fitting etc. was all done in such a timely manner. I’ve had dentures before but have never felt so informed about their care and everything that goes along with them. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience with a wisdom tooth removal recently. Dr Grewal was very attentive, making sure to constantly check if I was alright. He also phoned 2 days later to check up on me. Very happy with the results 🦷

Dr. H. Grewal was highly professional and very thorough at each stage of my treatment for an emergency extraction, whilst also being sure to reassure me that the best was being done to not just simply solve the issue I had at hand, but to also allow for any follow up options available to have the greatest success in the future in the area affected. I highly recommend this practice for the consideration taken in proper care the condition I was in and speed at which I was seen given the urgency of the care I required. Having been passed around by NHS dentists like a number and walking fee card, it was a huge relief to have a personal and professional assessment from a dentist who actually cared.

Dr Baljinder Singh Grewal is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He not only points out areas of your teeth that require more brushing / flossing but he shows you the best way to do it. I went for a filling today, was incredibly nervous about the injection from previous experiences.He did the injection so well I didn't even feel it - less painful than the Covid jab!

I contacted eastgate dental clinic on a Sunday morning when unfortunately they were closed, however I received a call on the Sunday afternoon and an appointment was booked for me for the following day, I’ve had previous bad experiences with another dentist so felt quite nervous. Dr grewal made me feel at ease straight away. My wisdom tooth was examined and a bad infection was found it was decided that the tooth needed to be extracted there and then to stop the spread of infection everywhere, I was ensured I’d feel no pain at all when the tooth was extracted, which I didn’t I was given clear advise on what to do after the surgery a follow up email was sent with instructions, a follow up message was sent as well checking up on my condition the next day. I would recommend eastgate dental clinic to anyone who is in need of a professional clean and fast dental practice, at competitive rates

I had an infection in one of my recently done root canal from somewhere else. I am grateful to Dr. Grewal who took my emergency appointment and diagnosed the issue right away. He then performed the tooth extraction which helped me a lot to relieve my pain. Dr. Grewal is saviour who takes care of his patients and is easily available to help which is very important when you are in pain.

Dr Grewal has my eternal gratitude for helping me with a root infection of the molar. My own dental practice failed to recognize the issue, leaving me with excruciating pain. I looked for an emergency appointment elsewhere the next day and chose Eastgate based on excellent reviews. Dr Grewal diagnosed the issue immediately and provided me with antibiotics. He told me to call again if the pain was too unbearable. Sure enough, 24 hours later I was back in his practice. He immediately helped me with a local anesthetic and released the pressure from my molar. During the procedure, he constantly checked if I was doing OK. The next day, on a Sunday, he called me to check if the pain was manageable and if I was feeling better. This is incredible customer service, in particular towards new patients who have no history with the practice. Thank you Dr Grewal, I never experienced such pain before but you listened, you helped and went way beyond.

Wonderful service from Dr Grewal. I needed an urgent appointment over a bank holiday weekend and he saw me on Saturday even though I wasn't a usual patient of the practice. He then came in especially on bank holiday Monday to replace my broken tooth as he knew I was going on holiday the following week.I couldn't be more grateful for his excellent service.

Dr Grewal was able to manage my dental treatment in spite of my severe and disabling gagging reflex as well as anxiety and fear of objects in my mouth. I fear specific dental situations that trigger a gagging response in me. Most specifically I suffer from a gagging response when a molar area is being examined. Dr Grewal was able to create a very compassionate, reassuring and caring treatment strategy which enabled me to continue with the dental treatment. Dr Grewal was able to overcome an impossible barrier and disruption to my dental care. He was able to reduce my distress to the most minimal of levels. Dr Grewal offers a universal remedy for the successful management of the gagging reflex that is tailored to suit my needs. He offers patient-centred care. I am and forever will be grateful to you.

Excellent care for my husband over many months. The dentist is diligent and takes his time explaining the issues and allowing the injections to work. Then he is prompt in the work and explains any on going areas of concerns. My husband says he is the best dentist he has been to. Highly recommend and good value for money.

We got in contact with Dr Grewal in a desperate situation with our 17 year old daughter. Had emergency dental injury treatment required. He came to his clinic at 10.30pm on a Sunday evening, without his care would have lost her front tooth. He is fantastic, explained everything and was so calming. She said she only wants him to continue with the remainder of her treatment. So lucky to have found him and know we are in safe hands.

Dr Grewal is dental god can't praise this man enough. I had a bottom moler extraction which i also requested to be extracted as i just wanted rid of the tooth. I had let my moler to get quite bad with a quater of the tooth missing down to the gum. Dr Grewal made me aware of everthing thats involved in the extraction made me feel very comfortable and at ease and made sure i couldn't feel a thing, it was over and done with very quick followed by excellent advice for the after care of the extraction site. Not to mention how quick i got the appointment rang the practice on Wednesday got the appointment for Friday possibly could of been same day but my transportation didnt allow for this but friday was still superb. 5 star experience

An exceptional review, for an exceptional service.I called Eastgate Dental Clinic in distress needing a tooth extraction and not belonging to a dentist.Abby (the lady on the phone) was just amazing and understood my need. Within 1 hr i was in the safe hands of the dentist (Balljinder). Balljinder was professional, cool and funny. I have never been a fan of dentists and have avoided them for years because of severe ‘gagging‘ problems. However a painful tooth made me phone late one day for an emergency appointment. Dr Grewal was very kind and reassuring over the phone and arranged for me to be seen within a couple of hours. He was patient, gentle, understanding and I was left astonished when he extracted my tooth without any pain or discomfort within a short time. Yes I had some instances of gagging but nowhere near as severe as usual. In my eyes he is a miracle worker and he has given me the confidence to continue with other work on my teeth. I am so relieved and happy and I cannot recommend him highly enough. My husband was so impressed that he also has had work done since then. Thank you Dr Grewal. You are an angel.

Today I called Eastgate Dental Clinic for an emergency appointment as my front filling became loose. This was very concerning as it is bank holiday weekend. I was very impressed to be seen almost immediately, and the work I had done to my tooth was absolutely brilliant. My tooth has never looked so good. I contacted Eastgate dental as I had such bad tooth pain and my normal practice couldn’t see me for 2 weeks. I approached Eastgate Dental because of the glowing 5* google reviews and they have not disappointed. The staff are lovely and I am a bit of a nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist and the thought of needing a root canal was a bit daunting but Dr Grewal is patient and reassuring. Also I like that he tells you what he is doing and how much longer is left. I cannot recommend this dentist enough, they are friendly, thorough and do follow up calls.

Today I called at 8am requesting an emergency extraction appointment as I had severe wisdom tooth pain, had an appointment for 11:30am and the tooth was extracted by 12pm. Me and my wife visited this dental practice for both tooth extractions and a scale and polish. I had a surgical wisdom tooth removal here. Whilst I dreaded the thought of this procedure, Dr Grewal and his team put me at ease through the whole process. In the end I had zero pain during the procedure itself and indeed very little during the recovery process after the local anaesthetic wore off. He is a very friendly and enthusiastic professional who took the time to explain every detail of what he was doing. I would have no hesitation to recommend his clinic and I shall certainly be returning as a regular patient.

I went in for a scale and polish today and it was lovely - both Dr Grewal and his assistant were super kind and professional, and the tooth cleaning was one of the most gentle and thorough ones I've ever had. Especially grateful cause I'm really scared of dentists and they really put me at ease :DWould 100% recommend!

Iv just got back from Eastgate Dental Clinic and I can’t believe the service I got iv been calling every dentist on Google from my area and 20 miles around no one would fix my front implant front tooth the porcelain chipped off a big chip and evry other Dentst I called wanted between 80 to 120 just for consultation and then you pay for the treatment and you won’t no if they can do the treatment until they look if they can’t well you’ve just waisted 120 and time Dr Baljinder Singh Grewal is a genius I called and told them i was getting very depressed over it and 2 hours later I’m in his dentist chair finished and absolutely love my teeth again they don’t talk down to you I felt so relaxed in fact I was treated like a celebrity every other Dentenst wanted me to wait for 2 weeks and I couldn’t walk around for that length of time I will never go to any other dentist again and my family will be moving here too thank you so much Dr Baljinder Singh Grewal and team you don’t know how much this means to me godbless you 🥰🥰

I have visited Eastgate Dental Clinic twice in recent months for emergency dental treatment. I do not hesitate to award the practice 5 stars, the level of care given is very high and all of the staff are very kind and understanding. Throughout my treatment I felt entirely at ease and Dr Baljinder explained everything he was doing so I knew entirely what to expect, even if having a tooth extracted isn't the most pleasant experience! Many thanks to the staff at Eastgate Dental Clinic for seeing me at short notice to relieve me of pain twice in recent months.

Dr Grewal saw me last minute on a Sunday for extremely sore molar. I have now had root canal, and he has been amazing throughout the whole thing. So kind to me, very gentle man who made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended. I hadn't been the dentist for far too long, and was very nervous about the experience itself, as well as possible findings. But Dr. Grewal and his colleague were so patient and kind, and really put me at (relative) ease. I appreciated that so much; it turned an experience I'd been dreading into a positive one. I had a consultation, plus scale/polish. Pleased with how both of those went: lots of helpful advice and recommendations, x-rays, and cleaner teeth.
